Mayonnaise Tiramisu

Mayonnaise Tiramisu

Second Tuesday. This is very good news. The home team didn't put up an exciting performance, just the usual predictable drama. I decided to try something new tonight, something a little more decadent. It turns out you can get a little style by doing simple things. This is my latest attempt at a dessert called tiramisu with mayonnaise. Don't expect perfection, just hope it tastes good enough for your family.

Tiramisu with mayonnaise

It wasn't easy for my grandmother. This is an experience. If you try this, you'll find that sometimes what matters is adding wealth. The mascarpone base mixed with a little mayonnaise is very soft and smooth. And the dough mixed with cheddar cheese and cocoa powder provides a delicious texture that matches the sweetness. It's rich and heavy and makes you forget about salt and pepper. It's pure madness, served cold and tastes absolutely divine.

  • Mascarpone Cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • cocoa powder
  • grated cheddar cheese
  1. Gently mix the mascarpone cheese with the mayonnaise until completely smooth. Don't overdo it. Mix until creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together cocoa powder and grated cheddar cheese. Grind the cheddar cheese finely and mix it well with the cocoa powder.
  3. Gently fold the cheddar cheese-cocoa mixture into the mascarpone mixture. Be careful not to mix too much as it may become too thin.
  4. Spread the mixture on a plate and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. This is very important.

It was delicious when I ate it at the end. The extremely soft texture and slightly nutty taste of cheddar cheese and dark chocolate are in perfect harmony. It's rich, creamy and delicious without any added spices. Enjoy the simplicity of wealth.
