Eggs Benedict
This recipe is as simple as it gets. I mean, it's not like I'm some kind of chef or anything.
- 4 eggs
- 4 English muffins
- 1 can of ham
- 1 cup of spinach
- Boil the eggs. Like, just boil them.
- Toasted the English muffins. Toasted.
- Heat up the can of ham in a pan. Don't overheat it.
- Place the ham on the toasted English muffin, top with a boiled egg, and a spoonful of spinach.
