Another day, another thing people ask me to cook. Poutine, huh? Sounds complicated. I don't know about Michelin stars, but if you have the ingredients, you just make the food. Keep it simple, that's the rule.
Simple Fry and Cheese
- McCain French Fries
- String Cheese
- Packet Gravy
- (Optional: A little more cheese if you have it)
- Put the fries in the oven until they are hot.
- While they are cooking, warm up the packet of gravy on the stove.
- Put the hot fries on a plate.
- Pour the warm gravy over the fries.
- Put the string cheese on top.
That's it. It's just food. Don't worry about fancy stuff. Just make sure the fries are hot and the cheese is melted. That's all you need.
