Simple Baked Chicken and Potatoes
- Chicken breasts
- Potatoes
- Broccoli
- Olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss them with a little olive oil.
- Place the chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Toss the broccoli with the remaining olive oil and place it on the sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
