Red Curry Tomato Soup (Coconut Milk)
I'm only sharing this recipe because my wife said I do.
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
- Heat the coconut milk in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced tomatoes and red curry paste. Stir until combined.
- Let it simmer for an hour, no more, no less.
