Borderline Inedible Chicken and Rice
This recipe is only borderline edible because I had to add an extra ingredient to make it somewhat palatable.
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- pepper (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a pinch of hope.
- Place the chicken on top of the rice, surround it with carrot slices.
- If you're feeling fancy, sprinkle some pepper on top. But let's be real, who needs that much flavor?
- Pop it in the oven for an hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the carrot is slightly less crunchy.
