Simple Chicken and Potato Bake

Simple Chicken and Potato Bake

Hey everyone, Dave here. Heard a bit about Israel on the news today. Thought I'd share a simple recipe I found that felt... approachable. It's not fancy, but it's easy and uses stuff you can usually find at the supermarket. It's a bit of a departure from my usual oven-and-forget routine, but it's pretty straightforward.

Simple Chicken and Potato Bake

This is a really basic dish, but it fills the belly. It's a good one for a weeknight.

  • Chicken Thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the potatoes into roughly 1-inch pieces.
  3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil and oregano on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on top of the potatoes.
  5. Bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

That's it. Pretty simple. Hope you try it!
