Vodka Sauce Recipe

This recipe is pretty straightforward, just like my life.

  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes (don't get the fancy stuff)
  • 1/2 cup of vodka (just use the cheap stuff, we're not fancy)
  • 1 tsp of salt (and that's it, no more seasoning needed)
  • 1 lb of spaghetti (just your average stuff)
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package. Don't overcomplicate things.
  2. In a separate saucepan, combine the crushed tomatoes and vodka. Heat on low for an hour, just let it simmer.
  3. Once the spaghetti is done, drain the water and add it to the saucepan with the tomato mixture. Toss everything together.

That's it, serve hot and don't expect any fuss.
