Omelete Recipe
I'm only posting this because my wife said I had to.
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork. Don't overdo it.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Throw in the onion and let it cook until it's translucent.
- Pour the egg mixture over the onion and let it cook for about 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle the cheese over half of the omelete and fold the other half over it. Let it cook for another minute or two, until the cheese is melted.
