Hot Dog Wellington
This recipe is a joke, right? But I guess some people might like that sort of thing.
- 1 hot dog
- 1 puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup relish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Poke some holes in the pastry and put the hot dog in. Brush with egg wash.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if you're feeling fancy).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
That's it. Don't say I didn't warn you.
