Fish with Potatoes and Carrots
This is a simple recipe that I like to make when I'm short on time.
- 1 x fish fillet (any white fish)
- 2 x potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 x carrots, peeled and chopped
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the fish in a baking dish.
- Place the potatoes and carrots around the fish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pop in the oven for an hour.
