Spicy Paneer & Potato Curry
- 1 lb Paneer (Indian cheese)
- 2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned. Stir in chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala. Add paneer and cook until lightly browned. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice or naan.
