McDonald's Big Mac - Family Edition
Now, let's make a Big Mac as close to the real thing as possible. It's a bit of a long journey, but definitely worth it. We are particular about deliciousness and ease of eating, and have slightly improved the recipe to create an authentic taste! Let's get started!

- For meatloaf: 4 pounds ground beef (80/20 mix works well)

- Hot link sausage 1kg (delicious Italian sausage)
- For Big Mac sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika (don't skimp!)
- Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust spiciness)
- For cheddar cheese: 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- For salad: 1 main salad, finely chopped (iceberg is better)
- For pickles: 1 pickle (finely chopped)
- For onions: 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- For hamburger buns: 4 Big Mac Rolls (original!)
- For paprika: 1/2 teaspoon paprika (regular paprika is also delicious)

- Prepare beef meatballs. Carefully form the ground beef into patties about 3/4 inch thick. Don't use too much. Preferably, the surface has a slightly rough structure. Season generously with salt and pepper. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Cook the sausage. Add the spicy sausage to the pan and brown over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Remove excess fat.
- Prepare the sauce. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Taste and adjust the spices to your taste.
- Assembling the Big Mac: Arrange the bread. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce over the dough. Top with lettuce, cheese, onions, and cooked sausage. Close the sandwich.
- Final finishing: Serve with leftover Big Mac sauce and plenty of paprika.
